Past Festivals: 2007
Last year our three day festival showcased 25 authors; our programme included fiction from Will Self, Paul Torday, Anna Ralph and Sophie Hannah; Non fiction from Kathryn Hughes, Sophie Grigson, Elizabeth Luard and Andrew Whitley and events for children from Anne Fine, David Almond and Ann Coburn.
Audiences experienced a wide variety of live literature events at the festival, many of which were free, and met with well-known authors in the welcoming and relaxed setting of the Queen's Hall in Hexham.
